1. Order Cancellation
a) Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order is dispatched or marked as shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order details.
b) Cancellation by MyEnvelope
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment issues
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Eligible Reasons for Return
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Wrong product delivered
Return Conditions
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact.
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please share clear images or videos of the product along with your order number.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence
- Products without original packaging or invoice
- Items returned after the allowed return window
4. Refund Policy
- Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days after approval.
- Refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be offered for eligible cases such as damaged or wrong products.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
6. Return Shipping
- In case of damaged, defective, or wrong products, return shipping will be arranged by MyEnvelope or reimbursed.
- For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
